Sarah Thornton is an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) and the Clinical Coordinator for both the C-era and C-diagnostic divisions of C-health.
After several years working fulltime EMS, she joined the C-health team in 2019 to pursue her interest in cardiac care. Having first-hand experience in providing emergency medical care, Sarah is a strong proponent for preventative medicine, particularly with respect to heart health. Working with C-health, Sarah developed a deep appreciation for quality, community-based medicine, which contributed her to decision to complete her Bachelor of Health Science in 2022.
While still working casually with EMS, Sarah now enjoys the opportunity to follow C-health patients longitudinally and helps to coordinate their care as they engage with our complimentary divisions. When not providing patient care, Sarah enjoys reading, advocacy work, and spending time with her dog, Henry.
